I'm renting out my room in a lovely 95m2 apartment in between Schöneberg and Kreuzberg. The room is spacious (23m2) and has a balcony overlooking a park. I'm renting it out for 1 month while I'm away, and a slightly longer lease might be negotiable. The apartment has a newly equipped kitchen, a separate dining room, and a living room. It has a bathroom (with a toilet), a separate toilet, a spacious basement, and good parking nearby. It's well connected to S-bahn, and U1, U3, U2 are all within 5 min walking distance.
